The Solar Trader's Delivery Policy

We deliver anywhere in the world - Europe, America, Africa, Asia.

International deliveries. We ship any where in the world. To calculate your delivery cost

  1. Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart
  2. Select your shipping region, UK, Eire, Europe, USA, or Rest of World
  3. Go to the bottom of the page and press "recalculate"

You can then proceed to the payment page.

  • Most items are despatched within 2-3 days, and if delivery is likely to take longer than this we will let you know before we process your payment. If you need an item by a particular date please tell us when you place the order.
  • The shipping charges on our product pages are for single items. We charge shipping on the total order weight, so usually the shipping cost reduces when you purchase multiple items. If you are outside of the EU you may be liable for import taxes.
  • Delivery charges are based on the total weight or the volumetric weight of your order as follows:

  • If for any reason we cannot accept your order or anticipate a delay in delivery, we will contact you.
  • If your goods do not arrive within 30 days of your order being accepted, please contact us within 40 days and you can opt for a full refund or for us to make good the non-delivery.
