PLEASE NOTE - GREEN LED: When the green “Charging” LED is constant, the solar panel is
charging the battery in boost mode. When the green "Charging" LED is flashing, the charger is in Pulse Width Modulation mode, either in boost mode or float mode. This indicates that the battery is being topped off or is full.
