Attractively and securely packaged, the wind light comes in three parts to be pushed together: a white 6cm diameter rotor blade; 17cm long clear ABS plastic stalk; and the dynamo and LED housing. When the rotor blade turns it creates electricity to power two blue and one green LED (ideal wind speed around 6mph if used outdoors).

Fantastic! A great teaching resource and easily hacked to improve the performance in leaps and bounds. Just ordered another, the Physics teaching potential is immense if you have a half decent techinician!
